Kudos to Steve Seevers, an amazing and versatile artist...painting, sculpture, pottery, installation works, you name it!! Many people do not know how Steve uplifts the arts behind the scenes and informs and encourages young, budding artists.

Steve has been part of the Brainerd area art scene for decades, as well as the St. Cloud scene. More recently, five of his paintings were exhibited at the APW Gallery in NYC, he’s done commissioned work in the metro area and he presently has a painting on exhibition at the MIA.

Steve had a studio at Franklin Arts Center, was part of the original Frankie Gumbo Potters, contributed to making Salute to the Arts a success, sells work at the Gift Gallery and has curated Mad Carpet exhibitions, as well as a recent Janitor Productions’ Art@Q. He loves enlarging the circle of artists and raising the bar.
